PancakeSwap holds a community auction for the right to run a one-week farm. Wizardia was whitelisted last week and we just won a community farm slot for this coming week! In case you’re wondering, our qualifying bid (in $CAKE, PancakeSwap’s native token), will be burnt, reducing the supply of the token and helping raise CAKE prices.
How to provide liquidity on PancakeSwap
$WZRD is traded on PancakeSwap as a WZRD-BUSD pair. To support this trading market, the WZRD-BUSD pair has a corresponding liquidity pool. Over the last 7 days APY for liquidity providers was 55.71% — not bad at all.
BUSD / WZRD liquidity poolTo contribute to the liquidity pool, investors add a 50/50 mix of WZRD and BUSD to the pool. Liquidity providers earn a 0.17% trading fee on all trades made for the token pair, proportional to their share of the liquidity pool. When you put your WZRD and BUSD into the pool, you receive WZRD/BUSD LP tokens which represent your investment.

How to benefit from farming
For the next seven days, liquidity providers can farm their LP tokens and earn bonus $CAKE rewards. APR just after launch is still nearly 3000%, but will decrease as liquidity grows. What we can say is that there’s a 1x multiplier on WZRD-BUSD farming. And that WZRD’s price has already jumped up since we were announced as a winner!
